Introduction
Welcome to the Salesring AI Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center integration with HubSpot, designed to streamline your communication and customer relationship management by combining Zoom’s voice capabilities with HubSpot’s CRM platform. By accessing or using this integration, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the integration.
Use of the Service
Eligibility:
To use the Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center integration with HubSpot, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Account Requirements:
You must have active accounts with Zoom (with Zoom Phone or Zoom Contact Center) and HubSpot, and possess the necessary administrative privileges to configure and use the integration.
License:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the integration strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Features and Functionality
• The integration enables making and receiving Zoom Phone calls directly within HubSpot, logging calls automatically, and capturing call data to enhance your CRM workflows.
• SMS messaging capabilities through Zoom Phone may be available if enabled by your Zoom administrator.
• Zoom Contact Center integration allows agents to access voice functionalities from within HubSpot, including disposition syncing with HubSpot’s Outcome field, subject to configuration compatibility.
• Call notes, tasks, and call outcomes can be managed within HubSpot to improve agent productivity and reporting.
Integration Setup and Use
• Admins must configure the integration via both the Zoom web portal and HubSpot marketplace, ensuring proper permissions and account linking.
• It is recommended to log into HubSpot before starting the integration setup to avoid configuration issues.
• Changes in Zoom account settings, such as assigning or removing phone numbers, may require refreshing your browser or re-authentication to reflect updates.
• The integration logs all calls and SMS sent through Zoom Phone within HubSpot for accurate record-keeping.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use the integration for any unlawful purpose or in ways that could harm Zoom, HubSpot, their service providers, or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Zoom, HubSpot, or any related systems.
• Use the integration to develop competing products or services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the integration or related services.
Fees and Payment
• Use of Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and HubSpot services may require separate subscriptions and fees as governed by their respective agreements.
• This integration itself may be provided free or as part of your Zoom or HubSpot subscription, but any fees for those services remain your responsibility.
• Billing and refunds are subject to Zoom’s and HubSpot’s respective terms and policies.
Data Privacy and Security
• By using the integration, you consent to data sharing between Zoom and HubSpot as necessary to provide the integration features.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws and for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers.
• Zoom and HubSpot each maintain their own privacy policies governing data handling practices.
Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the integration immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the integration will cease.
• You may discontinue use at any time by disconnecting the integration or ceasing use of Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, or HubSpot services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Zoom, HubSpot, nor their affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Your use or inability to use the integration.
• Unauthorized access to your data or systems.
• Service interruptions or errors.
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/State, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
